Responsibilities
Ensure that the branch is following internal standardsManage and store vendors’ contracts and invoicesCoordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staffPrepare shift schedulesProcess payroll for restaurant branch staffSupervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as neededKeep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenuesArrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulationsGather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menusCalculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders, as neededAbout Unique Hospitality Co :

Requirements
Work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industryFamiliarity with restaurant management software,Good math and reporting skillsCustomer service attitudeCommunication and team management abilitiesAvailability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plusBenefits
