The Sales Representative is the privileged interlocutor of our clients, making him the ambassador of the company. He must ensure the satisfaction of his customers and achieve the performance expected by the company in Aseer Province.
Operational Role:
- Permanent contact with existing clients to follow-up on ongoing sales operations and on new demands
- Coordination with the Sales Operations team for the follow-up on operations
- Attention to client satisfaction and reporting of Client complaints
- Analysis of market situation and competitors actions and presence
- Prospection of new clients or new opportunities with existing clients
- Follow-up on the cash collection towards the clients, in coordination with Sales Operations
- Produces reporting documents to monitor the performance of sales operations and to support the sales department and the company management for strategic decisions
- Is force of proposal to bring any improvement to the commercial operations or to any other process of the commercial service

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Sales (preferably in the FMCG sector)
