The sales employee is the person concerned with implementing the sales goals within the company and receiving all directions from the supervisor or his direct manager and working to implement them accurately, and therefore he is the executive circle in the field of sales.
1. Communicate with potential customers and convince them in the buying process.
2. Explain the features and characteristics of cars.
3. Explain to the customer the necessary steps to complete the purchase process.
4. Answer customer questions about cars and the buying process.
5. Take customers to see and inspect the car.
6. Collect the required papers and documents between the client, the exhibition and the company.
7. Negotiate car prices and swap values for customer cars.
8. Coordination with the administration and with car owners to complete the sale procedures.
9. Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers and achieve the highest profit for the company.
10. Contacting previous customers to ensure they are satisfied with their cars.
Requirements
1. Professional appearance.
2. Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills.
3. Time management skills and willingness to take the initiative.
4. Knowledge in the automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles.
5. Good knowledge of the basics of selling and negotiation.
6. 3-5 years of previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
7. Computer skills and Microsoft Office skills.
