Job Specification
Service & Repair - Performance of IQ/OQ and customer support. B. Tech or BE in Electronics with knowledge of repair on component basis & capable of working without guidance. We need a person capable of doing :
-Troubleshoot the electro-mechanical equipment.
-Manage the complaints priority and visit them to resolve the issue.
-Installation of lab instruments at customer premises.
-Keep record of routine services of under-warranty instruments and pay them services.
-Repairing the instrument came for service.
