About the Role

Business Processes Senior Officer will be responsible to assist in the day-to-day activities to ensure that policies and procedures are made to cover every aspect of the company’s functions and to align them with best practices

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and developing the policy and procedures related to the Governance including the policies and procedures documentation function.
  • Apply knowledge acquired on business process modeling notations to various forms of documenting processes
  • Actively response to stakeholders’ requests in relation to policies and procedures.
  • Write policies and procedures and perform reviews to ensure that policies and procedures are clearly written, accurate, maintained and up to date.
  • Review policies and procedures to ensure the adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines and standards on style, format, and content.
  • Develop the required work instructions, forms, manuals, and templates related to business process.
  • Coach and guide business owners in what/how to develop policies and procedures
  • Prepares circulars and announcements according to the new updates of regulatory requirements or business requests.
  • Analyze business steps and processes to enable easy determination of their constituents
  • Manage and secure the company’s policies and procedures documents and maintain recording for the policies.
  • Reply to inquiries related to policies and procedures aspects.
  • Perform any other ad hoc assignment and reporting.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in process management and documentation preferred in the financial industry
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or similar fields
  • Good project management skills
  • Excellent written and Spoken Arabic and English languages.
  • Strong skills in Visio and workflow designs
  • You have demonstrated the ability to produce documents and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to conduct research, policy amp; procedure development, design, and review.
  • Self-learning, self-motivated, and self-administered.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
