We are looking for an ambitious fresh graduate to join our Human Resources team. She/he will have an opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience and learn about the various aspects of the Human Resources function in the organization.
The Trainee - HR will work directly under the supervision of the Senior HR Specialist and will provide excellent service to internal clients.
Requirements
- Support with daily HR administrative tasks
- Assist in preparing the HR documents
- Assist in hiring process as needed
- Addressing basic employee requests
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Administration
Key Skills and Competencies
- Computer Literacy (Mainly Excel; Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are a plus).
- Good level of English Fluency is necessary
Training period: 3-6 months
Monthly Salary: 4,000 SAR
