Our services have also expanded in 2020 beyond Brick amp; Mortars to include Cloud Kitchens and wide expansion in Virtual Brands. Eathos currently operates in more than 41 branches across the 2 countries with 6 Cloud Kitchens and up to 15 Virtual Brands.
As an HR Associate, you will assist in the administration, recruitment, and Human Resources operations and functions ensuring its overall efficiency and effectiveness within eathos.
What you will do:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Implement effective onboarding and offboarding plans according to established eathos policies
- Be actively involved in administrative and payroll processes
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records according to eathos policies and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Manage the leave administration to ensure accurate record keeping and have employees avail their leave entitlements smoothly
Requirements
- You must have at least two to three years of experience in Human Resources preferably from Food or Hospitality Industry
- You must have an excellent skill in communication and fluent in English language
- You must be a high-flier over teamwork, able to multi-task, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
