· Prepare and organize the plans for filling jobs in neoleap according to the job formations, and working on preparing the necessary reports for that.
· Follow-up of manpower requests and employee internal transfers in line with the approved organizational structure to ensure the safety of the procedures followed
· Prepare and update the organization’s job descriptions to ensure that the tasks and responsibilities required for each job are defined to develop career paths and provide the necessary support to manage recruitment through identifying the required competencies.
· Contribute to providing analysis reports (KPI'S) and in collaboration with the HRBP
· Ensure that all job descriptions are being documented in a proper manner.
· Execute the approved plan of the culture, engagement, and internal communication initiatives and projects in line with the neoleap vision and strategy of the people division. Ensure organizational initiatives/projects are successfully communicated to internal stakeholders.
· Prepare the writing of content and editing for a variety of internal communication channels, and provide advice for communicating with people internally.
· Assist in all areas that effect on the culture and engagement at neoleap as needed.
