Job Description

- Handling the recruitment and selection process including sourcing, interviewing, job advertising and liaising with recruitment agencies overseas in order to cover all required vacancies

- Finding and maintaining good relationship with local and overseas manpower suppliers

- Negotiating the salary with the selected candidates as per the company salary structure amp; extend the offers to successful Candidates.

- Dealing with government and private recruitment agencies i.e. (HRDF, TAMHEER)

- Designing and maintaining the Recruitment Database and ensure that all applicant are entered into the database

- Monitoring and following up with processing of payments for the recruitment agencies to ensure their timely receipt of payment as per agreement

- Assisting in employee retention by improving selection process

- Familiar with all government portals such Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI..etc

- Ensure HR polices and procedures are followed

- Handle medical coverage

- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation

- Ensure that all HR records and database are documented and filed

- Handle employees’ documents i.e iqama renewal, exit/re-entry , passport,

- Analyze any incidents in a separate report in order to find the root cause of it amp; prepare the necessary action to prevent it from happening again

- Prepare and apply orientation program for all new hired employees

- Handle and analyzing voluntary and involuntary turnover causes in order to present valid information to the management

- Update manpower data in order to facilitate right information to management

Requirements

The candidate must be Saudi

Minimum 2-5 Years of experience in HR

Familiar with all recruitment methods and portals

Familiar with overseas recruitment

Diploma or Bachelor degree

Excellent in English amp; MS Office

Good knowledge of labour law
