Other Verticals Sales Regional Manager

Key Activities:

• Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
• Support Other Verticals Sales Supervisor with day-to-day store operation
• Evaluate sales target progress and individual performances in monthly bases
• Report on regional sales results
• Forecast quarterly and annual profits
• Identify hiring needs, select the right training course for new sales people
• Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
• Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
• Ensure that all the sales team have all the tolls to performance
• Distribute leads for the sales team based on their industry target
• Distribute the monthly target based on the area, industries amp; products

Governance and Resilience:

Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement

Requirements

Requirements:

• 4-5 Years of relevant experience
• Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required
