Key Activities:
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Support Other Verticals Sales Supervisor with day-to-day store operation
- Evaluate sales target progress and individual performances in monthly bases
- Report on regional sales results
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Identify hiring needs, select the right training course for new sales people
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Ensure that all the sales team have all the tolls to performance
- Distribute leads for the sales team based on their industry target
- Distribute the monthly target based on the area, industries amp; products

Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement
Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions
