Key Activities

• Bring new business with existing clients (Cross-selling) and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
• Meet regularly with client and build client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals, and daily transaction
• Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
• Negotiate contracts, and prepare the agreement
• Manage the accounts platform to enhance the customer experience.

• Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement

Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 Years of relevant experience
• Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required
