Job Summary | purpose:

• Maintains database by entering new and updated products and move transaction information.
• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
• Establishes entry priorities.
• Processes products and move transactions source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Validate and verify the receiving and returns every day and make sure it’s correct.
• Tracking the not found Items and following with the dark store supervisors’ reasons and causes.
• Move the damaged and expired items from the stock to the RTO or the suppliers.
• Followed with the inventory team and assistance them and helped them with their work.

• Establishes entry priorities.

• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent in Microsoft office, especially Excel.
• Experience in Operations or supply chain is preferred.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Data entry experience or related office experience.
