Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track the effect of the rout
- Make sure the available vehicles count and distribution matches the demand
- Propose possible solutions to maintain the quality of experience for the delivery men
- Generate daily and weekly reports for RTOs and in transit orders.
- Follow up and respond on last mile tickets, internal and external tickets within SLA.
- Follow up and respond on last mile support email within SLA.
- People management responsibilities include training, planning and assigning daily work, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems.
- Make sure the vehicles are maintained in good condition and report its issues and incidents.
- Follow up with all couriers on in transit shipments
- Follow up and validate same day delivery orders
- Validate fulfilled orders which not received by the couriers
Requirements
- From 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- English and Arabic language skills
- Very good in Microsoft Excel
