The role holder is responsible for developing annual Public Relations calendar aimed at establishing and maintaining a consistent voice for noeleap through Public Relations activities. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated within the Organizational policies and procedures.
Key Activities
- Development of PR strategy and framework to manage and execute public relations.
- Organize and manage various Public Relations activities.
- Maintains and update neoleap key messages, ensuring swift update when necessary.
- Drafts, reviews, and clears all PR content, from press releases, editorials, speeches, etc.
- Establishes and maintain strong and meaningful media relations with all media (conventional, digital, bloggers, and influencers).
- Ensures neoleap touch points are updated with all media releases as and when they happen (website, call center, social media accounts, etc.).
- Serves as neoleap media relations coordinator, liaising on with and responding to enquiries from media, individuals and other private or public organizations.
- Organizes PR events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours, in coordination with Protocol and Events.
- Stays up to date with PR developments.
- Ensure stakeholder readiness by providing training, workshops, customer and supplier communications and any support needed for all changes within their respective field
- Ensure that the Divisions involved in the change initiative are prepared for all changes required to ensure sustained morale levels and minimal impact on the culture

Requirements
6- 8 Years of relevant experience.
Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required.
Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
