Sr. Backend Engineer

We are looking for a Sr. Backend Engineer, who has a strong hand knowledge in the Laravel framework.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team lead and development manager in testing cutting edge technologies to solve problems and execute the company vision.
• Solve the system bugs/required enhancements within the dedicated time frames based on SLA.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code
• Write high-quality code with readability, efficiency, and maintainability in mind.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use if required.
• Analyze performance
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Execute updates and plans with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail within project deadlines.
• Implement complex features using modern PHP code and patterns while following standards.
• Help build a culture of good engineering processes and practices
• Develop and build testing tools for internal team needs as well as wider organization Basic.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/ Diploma Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or IT.
• gt;4 years of experience in a relative position, especially on Laravel.
• Very good English level, speaking, reading and writing.
