SDK Open Source Lead

• Building open source SDKs for our public APIs, your work will be used by hundreds of developers, we process ~40 million requests monthly!
• Maintaining our public amp; open sourced projects, you will work with other developers from our open source community.
• Follow up with issues that are being opened on our open sourced SDKs.
• Working with other AppMarket team members to assure easy to use, documented and standard APIs.
• Monitor our SDK usages via our logging stack and take action based on these logs.
• We don’t have code monkeys, but we do give you a problem and trust that you will create an outstanding solution.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in programming and willing to learn and adapt new programming languages.
• A strong hands-on experience in SOLID and software engineering best practices
• Experience in building SDKs that are rich, easy to use and built in a standard way.
• Hands-on experience in writing efficient and useful unit tests with PHPUnit framework
• Excellent experience in API consuming techniques.
• Experience in building REST APIs
• Proficient in Linux command-line
• Knowledge of Solution Architecture and how to build more cost-effective and efficient systems/platforms/services
• Knowing or having worked in the e-commerce, retail digital space is a big plus
• Having worked with JIRA and Notion is a plus
• Knowledge or having work in an Agile environment with SCRUM or Kanban practices is a plus
