Implementation and application of governance and quality to information technology operations, systems and projects
- Experience of not less than 10 years in the governance of operations technology and projects.
- Experience in developing and automating appropriate policies, procedures and practices in information technology domains that include infrastructure, applications, and security processes.
- Experience in implementing and implementing COBIT 15, ITIL and ISOs (9001, 20 and 270001)
- Experience in Microfocus system, experience in SAP Solution Manager is also desirable.
- Experience in technical operations, quality testing and governance.
- Certificates in COBIT 15, ITIL and ISOs (9001, 20 and 270001)

Implementation and application of governance and quality performance and work to ensure that they are updated in systems that align quality results with the strategic objectives of information technology and the organization. Work collaboratively with all departments of the department to help improve and monitor quality management. - Implementing the Corporate Governance System (COBIT 15) with all its requirements.
- Implementation of the quality management system (ISO9001) with all its requirements.
- Implementation of the IT management system (ISO20) with all its requirements.
- Implementation of the IS management system (ISO27001) with all its requirements.
- Overseeing the management team to develop, document and implement the quality management system effectively.
- Supervising the identification of information technology quality requirements and the preparation of policies, standards and procedures for that.
- Ensure compliance with IT quality policies, standards and procedures.
- Supervising the preparation and follow-up of the quality of information technology in the process of providing services and applying application systems.
- Reviewing regulations and quality standards in various fields of information technology, supervising their application, and conducting a periodic review to develop them according to the policies and work requirements of the administration.
- Preparing, proposing, and implementing all policies and standards for technical support and operational procedures to ensure the highest level of protection, integration, and availability of the operational technology environment.
