Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic planning and monitoring:
Market analysis of competitors product promotion/marketing plan
Develop market segment and customers list.
Develop new products related to cure product portfolio.
Responsible for driving the vision and full life-cycle of product management analyzing customer needs, defining product strategy, building the appropriate product requirements.
Defining market research studies to gain knowledge about user attitudes and behavior.
Technical supports for the products:
Assist in sales visits to customer and potential customers with sales force (branch visits).
Update price list
Monitor stock movement and availability
Tracking the Market competition.
Communicating with marketing-related agencies in the fields of advertising, promotions, public relations etc. to best support the companys marketing and sales
Interacting with company suppliers for negotiating prices, signing agreements and following-up on purchased goods, where necessary
Keeping constant touch with company clients on matters related to developing business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction
Customer Relations:
Develops customer loyalty programs
Develops customer services programs
Supports sales forces in clients related issues
Develop and implements services plans in coordination with Customer Service
Coordination with Marketing Manager:
Provides market feedback on prices, competitors, new products, potential business areas and sales performance.
Develops sales plans in coordination with marketing objectives
Provides customer feedback
Reduce cost of products by improving selection design and local source
Monthly report and presentation of product status and evaluation
Assure availability of technical documents and brochures
Evaluate exhibition and recommend participation
Arrange seminars and training
Job Specification
ob specification:
Education:
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent along with diploma or course in marketing management.
Relevant Experience :
A minimum of 05 years experience in a related field
Technical Knowledge / Skills:
Ability to quickly identify opportunities to provide solutions for potential customers based on companys offerings and the customers' unique needs.
Strong team orientation and drive to produce high quality results.
Computer Skills:
Good command over MS-Office and Internet application
Language Ability:
Good command over English and Arabic
