1.To ensure operational availability of machinery so as to achieve daily planned targets.
2.To assist in minor projects for continuous improvement.
3.Subordinates Nil
4.Functional Areas handled: Planned Preventive Maintenance of all Machinery and Equipment.
Job Context (Circumstances characterizing the job: Working hours, location, stress, physical conditions, resources available):
1. Location Poultry Processing Plant
2.Hours worked as set by the Business needs and on occasions may excess 12 hrs days. Work is always time based, machinery breakdown/ release for pm/project time scale. Etc.
3.PPP offers a good working environment
4.Most resources at hand to ensure the roles and responsibilities are fulfilled.
5.Mental stress may be present at times, when demand and workloads are high.
6.Render maintenance to various machineries & equipments

1.Senior. Engineering Manager

Job Specification
Qualifications:
Essential :
1.Three year full-time Diploma in Engineering in a recognised University or Institute
Desirable
1. 5 years Degree Course in Engineering in a recognised University or Institute and five years experience in Dairy / Food / Beverage / Poultry / Meat industry in a similar position
Experience:
Essential responsibilities executed (Generic Description)
1.5 years instrumentation process control automation experience in a similar role.
2.A good knowledge of high speed filling and packaging machinery and their control system
3.A good knowledge & experience with various PLC types
4.Experience in process & instrumentation
5.Experience in Poultry manufacturing equipments
6.Experience in slaughtering , evisceration, de-feathering and packaging equipments
Desirable responsibilities (Generic Description)
1.7 years instrumentation process control automation experience in a similar role
2.Experience in Food / Beverage / Poultry industry
3.Main equipments
4.Knowledge and experience in SCADA system ( system related to Poultry Processing)
