• Ensure all vacancies are filled with the right talent within the target timeline.
• Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job descriptions/ requirements.
• Screen, interview amp; prepare shortlist applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications ,summarize CVs for easier evaluation by the hiring departments.
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with

the Line Managers.

• Has a good understanding of the local employment laws that frequently impacts the workplaces.
• Identify, build, maintain and grow suitable recruitment channels and networks.
• Coordinate with local and overseas recruitment agencies to fill talent needs.
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
• Brand building at Universities.
• Provide accurate reporting /updates.
• Coordinate with the concerned department or team to facilitate a smooth onboarding and/or relocation process for new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies or related discipline.
• 1 year experience in recruiting as minimum
• Fluent English
