PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To develop training modules for Salla’s staff and external concerned authorities.
TRAINING MODULE DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare training packages according to the general needs of Salla.
- Write and coordinate the content required in the training packages.
- Define the traditional and digital training package methodology based on prior studies.
- Turn ideas into text, audio or visual content.
- Coordinate with external parties that publish content related to the content of training packages.
- Analyze the outputs of the training packages to conduct up-to-date development.
- Rewrite training packages in a smooth and understandable language for specialists and non-specialists.
- Implement all duties and tasks assigned that appear in the work area by the Lamp;D Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- +2 years of experience in creating creative contents.
- Certification in creating Training Packages and conducting Academic Research.
