About the Opportunity:

The Organizational Development Internship is open to fresh graduates from all relevant academic disciplines who are interested to jump-start their career within a unique role that has a direct impact on the development of Foodics people and team.

The intern position will support the Organization Development team, in order to drive and execute the integrated development strategy for Foodics. The intern will support the creation and implementation of different developmental programs, additionally, will help in the data and reporting infrastructure in OD. In a nutshell, the selected intern will have the chance to do meaningful, challenging work, keep their skills sharp and updated!

What You'll Learn and Do

• Coordinate training logistics for internal and/or vendor-led training such attendees’ registration process, database updates and such
• Support in learning vendor evaluation and administration, create relevant reports and share with management
• Build a database of certified training Institutions amp; freelance trainers to be used as a reference by the OD team for developmental initiatives
• Analyzes training and development data from various sources to identify efficiencies and improvements to current OD processes
• Explore and apply enhancements for the internal and external OD reporting practices
• As needed, support other OD initiatives and activities such as: content generation, initiatives design, announcements, tracking and more!

As an Intern, you will:

• You will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure that you have a valuable learning experience, at the same regularly get your performance evaluated to make sure you are on the right track
• Become familiar with the SaaS and Fintech industries with all its interesting dynamics.
• You will Learn a lot, but at the same time we expect you to bring true value! We need our interns to learn quickly, start contributing to the team promptly, take ownership of assigned tasks and make it happen.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you need to be:

• A recent fresh graduate in Business Administration, Human resources or relevant
• Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent
• Fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
• Have high commands over Ms Office applications in general Excel and PowerPoint on specific
• Is a fast learner, critical thinker with high organizational skills
• Able to complete the 4 months of internship with full availability at Foodics of
