Business Incubator Coordinator job is to assist the Incubator and coordinate internally all applications reports and paperwork of StartUp Lab.
Function Description
- Coordination of new entrepreneurs’ orientation.
- Assist in providing periodic reports and updates about the coordination efforts of the StartUp Lab to the Business Incubator Manager and other stakeholders.
- Support in completing and ensuring proper submission and compliance of all necessary paperwork as it relates to entrepreneurs and any other internal / external organizations.
- Maintain open communication between applicants and StartUp Lab.
- Assist in developing and maintaining effective processes for tracking the progress of entrepreneurs in the StartUp Lab.
- Coordinate the logistics for new student entrepreneurs including transportation, housing and auxiliary services.
- Overseeing the facilities’ requirements for entrepreneurs and StartUp Lab staff.
- Continually improve individual knowledge and expertise in entrepreneurship through company sponsored and self-directed learning.
