How will you help Scalers?
As a learning amp; development associate, you will be responsible for designing and improving Scalers’ curriculum and managing the system where the curriculum will be accessible. In your role, you will be affecting people’s careers with the amount of essential knowledge we are offering. Therefore, you have to care about the little details that can ultimately be the factor of people learning and enjoying the journey. You have to be creative with regards to presenting the learning material as traditional methods are not the most effective. You will be expected to have some background with technical aspects of presenting learning material. Scalers moving forward are looking for new ways/platforms to present their products and are looking for people that are familiar/can learn with the technical aspect of things.
What we expect you to do:
- Be creative with regards to designing learning material
- Collect data and perform research to know about best learning approaches to implement
- Regularly edit and upgrade curriculum as you receive feedback
- Manage presenting live and recorded sessions to talent
- Build and edit assessments and exercises designed for talent.
- Ensure that classes are engaging and effective in a virtual environment
- Provide feedback to talent based on their performance in the bootcamp
- Create and edit assessments based on the curriculum.
- Provide relevant helpful material to talent to expand their knowledge
Requirements

- Have some background on Sales, (if not) be willing to learn
- Have experience or interest in learning amp; development, organizational design, or program design.
