Job Description

How will you help Scalers?

As an Admission Analyst, you will be a major key for getting the message of Scalers out there and making sure that we can reach the community of aspiring salespeople. Additionally, you will manage the admissions process. A great deal of Scalers’ success came from the fact of using the most efficient methods of getting applicants through in the most efficient and data-based technologies. You will help us by adapting to methods of a great deal of automation which makes our admission process at Scalers effective and unique. We will use your creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to implement new ways to make our process even more functional and successful. You will cross-functionally work with other members of Scalers’ team to know specifics on skills and characteristics we are looking for in our talents.

You have to be obsessed with every detail, a small detail in the admission process could be the difference between hours and hours of extra work, so, you’ll have to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.


What we expect you to do:

  • Be passionate about our vision and going the extra mile to get the job done
  • Communicate with other Scalers colleagues and understand their needs
  • Manage our admission program, keeping an eye for flaws that can be fixed
  • Provide solutions to enhance the admission process as we expand
  • Deliver on reaching our targets with regards to the volume of applicants
  • Use your innovative skills to find new means of attracting talent
  • Use social media platforms to market our Service/Brand and make sure to address whoever might be interested
  • Launch new marketing campaigns that will help us attract more talent


Requirements

You will fit in Scalers if you have:

  • Years of Experience: Preferably experience in sales/recruitment, ambitious fresh grads are more than welcome to apply
  • Adaptability: You can adapt to our current database systems. Things can also change in the future so you will have to adapt then.
  • Patience: Things can go wrong. You have to be patient and have the will-power to fix any issue.
  • Belief: You believe in Scalers’ purpose and care about getting the message out there
  • Empathy: You are in the position to impact people’s lives directly, you want to help people with their careers.
  • Tech savvy: You can work with our tech-oriented processes and find new ways to make them even more efficient.
  • Having a sales background is preferred (not necessary) in order to be able to evaluate applicants with potential
