- Recording all Cash in and out Transactions to the Trella Ports Cash Reister's sheet.
- Request Deposits amp; Ops depositsDaily Reconciliation of the Ops Reps’ accounts
- Verify the Bookings’ documents before sending it to HQ
- Verify the uploaded documents on each booking on the loadboard and verify the financials.
- Verify settlements for each carrierEnsure there are no missing or extra loads that should/should not be paid.
- Ensure that all the amounts are accurate and reflect what is owed to the Carrier
- Control the missing items ( delays , gensets ,extra charges ) when issuing the invoice.
- Reconciliation the ops deposits account and match with the portal.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance, and Accounting
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience
- Strong ownership, a bias for action, and willingness to roll-up your sleeves.
- Analytics and excellent excel / google sheets skills.
- Experience in dealing with complex data sets, deriving insights and checking against what you see in the real world.
