What you will do
- Identify problems in areas across the student Journey with Noon, and suggest solutions based on data and functionality.
- Collect and organize information from a variety of sources: user feedback, user behavior, databases, and experiments.
- Examine hypotheses and observations to validate its relevance and impact.
- Use statistical analysis, simulations, predictive modeling, or other methods to analyze information and develop practical solutions to business problems.
- Advise stakeholders ( managers of other functions, product teams, engineers, and other decision makers) on the impacts of various courses of action to take in order to address a problem.
- Write memos, reports, and other documents explaining their findings and recommendations for all relevant stakeholders.\
- Partnering with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Growth teams to design and build tools supporting our operations infrastructure
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in excel and sql. Tableau is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Problem solving. Go-getter. we are a lean team and responsibilities may fall out of one’s exact job description; we are looking for folks who are willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
