Strategic Planning Manager (Riyadh)

• Understand and shape the company’s strategy and mission.
• Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals.
• Research competition to identify threats and opportunities.
• Construct forecasts and analytical models.
• Conduct organizational reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and to evaluate.
• Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance.
• Make recommendations based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, and internal business processes improvements.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes.
• Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
• Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus)
• Collaborates with executives and managers to develop long-range, strategic goals for the organization.
• Educate senior executives in making effective decisions.
• Collaborates with business unit administration and line managers to produce business and product plans that are profitable; evaluates these plans on a periodic basis.

Requirements

• +6 years of experience in FMCG industry
• +4 years of experience in supervisory roles
• Proven experience in management, consulting, or strategic planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance, or any relevant filed.
• Master’s degree is preferable.
• Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of market research and data analysis
• Knowledge of business operations and procedures
• Leadership skills.
