Job Description:
Ensure, via service technicians, that our contractual SLA’s to our clients are being met
Ensure client requests for information are routed to the relevant member of staff to deal with them as They are received
Dealing with incoming service related enquiries
Update daily KPI figures on the shared drive
Ensure iCABS is up to date with the correct customer information and specification
Provide information and post forms to the field teams as and when requested
Ensure all service visits by technicians are allocated correctly
Ensure, via service technicians, that our contractual obligations to our clients are met
Dealing with incoming service related telephone, email or post enquiries
Check service technicians work lists and activity
Processing on any sales paperwork jobs, service additions/deletions onto the system.
Re-allocation of service areas to cover absence and holidays
Send out renewal notices to customers in advance of expiry dates
Provide information and post forms to the field teams as and when requested
General admin,clerical and filing duties
Other Ad hoc duties as and when required to support the Branch/Service Manager amp; Team Leaders
Requirements
Office based administrative skills.
Fluent in English (reading, writing amp; spoken).
Willing to undertake ongoing development.
Ability to work flexibly.
Computer skills and knowledge or Google Suite.
