PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To manage the customer onboarding process, gradually and effectively showing the customer everything that Salla offers, including all activities involved in introducing a new customer to the products and services.

CS ONBOARDING OFFICER RESPONSIBLITIES

Craft customer onboarding processes and continuously improve it with the related department.

• Manage the customer on-boarding journey to ensure a smooth pre and post settlement experience.
• Support and implement procedure improvements to achieve optimal operational, compliance and credit productivity.

• Onboard new customers, maintain existing ones and proactively mitigate churn.

Teach Salla's full product suite to customers, helping them to successfully implement and utilize those tools to address their goals and objectives.

Regularly meet and call Salla’s customers to establish strong relationships and inspire them to improve and strengthen their adoption to Salla.

• Interact with customers via inbound telephone calls to provide information and assistance.
• Maintain and gain knowledge of technologies supported by Salla.

Handle customer complaints in a highly professional and efficient manner, and help drive their references and case studies.

Contribute to and develop playbooks that drive adoption and success for Salla’s customers using customers’ stories, goals, reasons for purchase, upsell moments/behaviors and churn reasons.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of +2 years of experience in a Customer Service or Sales environment.
• Proven record of working to achieve sales targets.
