PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To manage the customer onboarding process, gradually and effectively showing the customer everything that Salla offers, including all activities involved in introducing a new customer to the products and services.
CS ONBOARDING OFFICER RESPONSIBLITIES
Craft customer onboarding processes and continuously improve it with the related department.
Teach Salla's full product suite to customers, helping them to successfully implement and utilize those tools to address their goals and objectives.
Regularly meet and call Salla’s customers to establish strong relationships and inspire them to improve and strengthen their adoption to Salla.
Handle customer complaints in a highly professional and efficient manner, and help drive their references and case studies.
Contribute to and develop playbooks that drive adoption and success for Salla’s customers using customers’ stories, goals, reasons for purchase, upsell moments/behaviors and churn reasons.
Drive solution-based sales activity and promote cross-selling opportunities.Requirements
