• Works on concept creation and definition of work for key projects.
• Spends equal time in concept development, research, and review.
• Ensures that internal processes are followed to create work that is timely, profitable, and high in quality.
• Defines what the creative function needs to deliver to achieve tasks objectives.
• Responsible for the overall design output.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates all activities in the art department, in close coordination with the creative manager amp; Brand Director.
• Stay ahead of industry standards, new technologies, social and cultural trends and fashions.
• Have a thorough understanding of photography, typography and printing.
• Have Strong portfolio highlighting interactive work preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to make sound design decisions across various markets and media, such as business-to-business, consumer marketing, point of sale, advertising, etc.
• Demonstrates strong conceptual abilities and a deep passion and understanding of interactive marketing.
• Demonstrates an ability to coach and develop creative personnel within the discipline.
• Must be results and detail oriented and be able to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
• Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions
• Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity.
• Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards
• Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner

Requirements

• +5 Years of proven experience in Graphic Designing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or Business, or a relevant field is required.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proficient in Keynote and Google Drive
• Knowledge of illustration/sketching, color theory, visual presentation development, and layout
• Skills in photo retouching, photo manipulation, and compositing is a plus.
• Thorough apprehension and expertise on social platforms.
