Job Description
- Daily allocation and monitoring of tasks and duties.
- Performance management including appraisals, and coaching.
- Management of holiday and absence.
- Ensure all orders are received within the shortest possible timeline and packed to the standard required.
- Carry out regular audits / spot checks to ensure quality of process and provide clear and visible feedback on findings.
- Ensure all orders are received on time with the right qty and condition along with keeping track of data.
- Manage Inbound scheduling and timing for all vendors.
- Communicating and ensuring the right SLA is followed upon Inbound Operation
- Liaise with appropriate departments when non-conformance, delays or issues happen to manage customer experience and expectations..
- Produce receiving schedule for current fleet and 3P judging by operational requirements.
- Produce daily KPI reporting on all elements of the Inbound process including schedule by day, outstanding customer requests, cancelations, sales and additional marketing / promotional activity.
- Provide reporting to Logistics Manager / Warehouse Manager as and when requested.
- Produce internal performance reporting in order that throughput, quality and trends can be monitored and assessed.
- Monitor the usage of consumables and ensure that the relevant communications occur to ensure adequate stocks are maintained.
- Notify Warehouse Manager / Logistics Manager of any additional requirements for consumables / supplies in a timely manner to ensure delivery schedules are managed.
- Ensure compliance to all Health and Safety legislation / guidelines for self and staff at all times.
- Carry out internal health and safety audits as and when requested.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
- Carry out investigations into any accidents or near-miss incident
Requirements
- 1-2 Years of relevant experience in fulfillment center and Inbound related matters
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, or logistics
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Organizational and communication skills
- Aptitude for counting and inventory management.
- Managerial and business expertise
- Excellent leadership skills
