• Working on Improving Delivery Time, and fulfillment
• Enhancing Delivery Experience (NPS) by identifying the detraction, and fixing the gaps
• Zones set up
• Third party Operation Performance
• Documenting Process Documentation (SOP)
• Responsible on cost reduction by reducing the Wastage (HS amp; Partners)
• Ensures that KPIs of Logistics are on target

• Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for their respective Department.
• Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures.
• Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance.

• Uphold a high-performance working environment and promote the Organization’s Values

• Drive execution excellence to deploy Key Performance Metrics in executive and operational forums.
• Simplify the metric portfolio and shape reporting requirements in alignment with organizational structure and hierarchies (geographical, portfolio, value streams and sites)

• Establish data governance and Performance governance in support of region and functional partners

• Actively seeks feedback.
• Bounces back quickly from disappointments and mistakes; learns and moves on quickly.
• Implements best practices and systems that significantly improve business operations from the beginning to end of any process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain

• 1-3 years of related Supply Chain experience is required

• Project management experience is required.
• Strong systems knowledge including financial systems, ERP systems, data visualization tools is required.
• Leading process improvements and/or change management is preferred.
