Growth BI Manager

1. Manages a team of business analysts, market researchers, and data analysts who facilitate business intelligence processes procedures development and implementation
2. Responsible for leading the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications.
3. Identifies, analyze and provide visibility on internal growth projects performance
4. Ensures that the use of business intelligence tools that enhances business decision making capabilities.
5. Responsible for developing solutions using various statistical and market research methodologies.
6. Perform assessments and risk analysis to identify problems with Say processes.
7. Gather and analyze data, create reports that outline your findings, and present those findings to the leadership team..
8. Recommend solutions to reduce or eliminate issues and increase efficiency.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology,Engineering, or Math.
2. Five years of experience in analytics, strategy with some supervisory duties, preferably in an agile or startup environment.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related databases and web applications.
4. Excellent communication, both verbal and written, in both Arabic and English
5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Analytical and data-driven.
