Job Description

MediaMonks is looking for a Program Lead to oversee a broad program that brings together creative, social media, content production and data workstreams for one of the largest mega-projects in Saudi Arabia. In this lead client-facing position, you’ll work at the intersection of business, brand and digital media solutions to bring forth first-rate projects at a consistent rate to our client.

Role amp; Responsibilities

  • Working as part of our Dubai or Riyadh office, you’ll be wearing multiple hats at once as part of a long-term creative and social media partnership for our client in Saudi Arabia.
  • You’re chiefly responsible for one main client with a large and growing portfolio, overseeing and driving the work we do for them.
  • You’ll not just be our client’s go-to Monk: as a Program Monk you’re responsible for orchestrating the entire pipeline from sales to staffing and operations.
  • You oversee the program of projects as a whole, liaising between the client and our own Monks to kickstart new assignments, delegating tasks to dedicated teams, and ensuring highest quality of delivery.
  • You act as a strategic partner throughout who understands the client’s brand and business inside out, developing a roadmap for continued success.
  • You will use your previous experience and ability to connect brand, digital media, and business needs into long term strategy and roadmaps for the program
  • You make sure projects are set up for success by connecting the needs of our clients to the right Monks, making sure great work is done between our production (creative, content, social media and data) monasteries around the world.
  • You work to create efficiencies by improving our overall process, workflow and communication for projects, driving excellence and highest quality program delivery
  • You have the ability to think strategically and operationally, both keeping an eye on the overall approach and diving into details
  • Safeguarding the client relationship and revenue growth, you will work closely with the Account Director to enable business planning and development to make sure we hit targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities for new assignments that add value to all parties.

  • With at least 10-12 years of industry experience and 3+ years in a lead role, you will have a solid background in digital media, marketing and brand management.
  • Excellent communicator, agile mastermind, problem solver, solution oriented thinker, change management and leadership skills.
  • Must be well versed in Agile methodology.
  • This senior-level role requires someone who’s experienced in managing multi-million dollar retainers.
  • You bring a broad understanding of what is needed to produce high-end brand and digital media solutions at a high pace in today’s always-on environment.
  • On the business side, you know how to balance the client’s objectives with the needs of our own company.
  • You have a keen understanding of the (digital) business objectives of global brands and are able to quickly fathom a project’s challenges and what needs to be achieved.
  • You don’t think in projects but in partnerships, developing the client relationship and work-streams milestones ahead.
  • Setting up and sustaining projects between teams and time zones is no easy feat and requires superb planning as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the Entertainment, Arts or Sports industries is a major plus.
  • You must speak and write Arabic and English.
  • Based in Dubai or Riyadh.
  • Willing to travel regularly to Saudi Arabia if based in Dubai
