Job Description
- Responsible for supporting the creation of demand planning.
- Participate in the development of integrated budgets; responsible for the alignment of demand plans.
- Act as a Business guide for all planning and ensuring supply responsibilities.
-Present demand and production plan to the cross-functional team. Explain business assumptions behind the plans and methods used to quantify each event.
- Design, planning and execute experiments
Requirements
- BSc/BA in relevant area.
- Relevant work experience in consumer goods Sales/Marketing, Demand/Supply Analytics desirable.
- Relevant work experience in Startups.
- Strong analytical aptitude with a shown ability to analyze/interpret data and build quantitative models of business problems.
- Excellent oral and written skills, organizational and time-management abilities, effective interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels.
- Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing solutions to complex problems that may not have one clear answer.
