Vision
To become a leading Fintech and software trusted partner globally, for retailers and sellers who want to grow their business.

Mission

We empower sellers with a comprehensive point of sale platform to enrich their operations. We give complete business control and offer smart reports on sales, customers, employees, and inventory. We also provide an ecosystem of tools to seamlessly accept payments and finance growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Reach to the Customer: Business Development Representatives are expected to travel in the assigned areas to source leads and conduct multiple visits to the prospects during the sales lifecycle.
  • Educate the Customers: Business Development Representatives simultaneously provide prospects and customers with information about a business’ products and services without sounding robotic or rehearsed. As such, top Business Development Representatives often possess a strong customer service background.
  • Retrieve Customer Information: One of the most important tasks of a business development representative involves retrieving customer information and entering it into a computer system. Business Development Representatives set up new customer accounts, access existing customer accounts, and manage sensitive customer data across one or more computer systems. They multitask frequently and in many instances update records in a computer system while conversing with customers.
  • Respond to Customer Concerns and Questions: A Business Development Representative understands a company’s products and services and their advantages and disadvantages. That way, an outbound sales representative can quickly address customer concerns and questions and overcome potential roadblocks in the sales cycle.
  • Meet Productivity Goals: For a Business Development Representative, merely sharing information about a company’s products or services is insufficient. Instead, they must meet KPIs to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency. Common Business Development Representative KPIs include the number of activities, number of qualified leads generated, and closed sales.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or relevant field
  • At least two years of proven work experience in business development, sales development, or relevant role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling, sales presentation, etc.)
  • Customer service Business Development Representatives ensure prospects and customers enjoy an outstanding experience any time they engage with a brand
  • Research experience Business Development Representatives are research-oriented; they enjoy learning about prospects and customers and find innovative ways of engaging with them to drive sales
  • Persistence Business Development Representatives frequently deal with difficult prospects and customers, but they must remain driven and positive even in the face of adversity to transform leads into sales
  • Communication skills Business Development Representatives are personable communicators who clearly and persuasively describe products and services to customers to encourage sales transactions
  • Mathematics -Business Development Representatives perform basic calculations to provide prospects and customers with accurate prices and quotes
  • Collaboration Regular meetings with an outbound sales manager are common, and Business Development Representatives collaborate with managers to evaluate KPIs and explore ways to generate sales growth
  • Problem-solving skills Business Development Representatives identify and address prospect and customer concerns during the sales process.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) amp; MS Office applications
