Job Brief

The Talent Programs and Onboarding Specialist role entails accountabilities over two main areas, which are Employee Onboarding and Talent Programs.

Under onboarding, you are expected to organize and facilitate the new employees' onboarding journey within the different stages, from pre-boarding until confirmation in the role. Typical responsibilities include executing new hires' pre-boarding activities, participating in new joiners orientation sessions, and acting as a reference point for new joiners during their entire onboarding process.

Under Talent Programs, you are expected to help build and maintain strong relationships and connections with organizations and entities concerned with young talents growth and development such as universities, youth foundations, hubs, and communities, and find ways to successfully collaborate with them, and be able to attract young talents into Foodics.

Main Task and Responsibilities

  • Administrate Foodics online onboarding platform, guaranteeing successful, accurate, and timely integration of new joiners into the platform
  • Welcome new employees and arrange for successful first day/ week experience including conducting orientation sessions, knowledge sessions in coordination with business functions
  • Coordinate with relevant functions such as administration, IT, People Operations and others involved in the onboarding journey, to guarantee a smooth experience for employees before and after they join Foodics
  • Participate in updating relevant material related to employee onboarding such as handbooks, manuals, systems, and other company and job-related information
  • Participate in the creation of onboarding dashboards and performance reports, define misalignments and provide recommendations for enhancements as identified
  • Participate in organizing and facilitating different young talent initiatives such as internship programs, hackathons, meetups, and more as per the talent programs annual strategy build by the function manager
  • Support in identifying new possible partners and suggest creative initiatives to position Foodics as an attractive organization for young talents wherever they exist
  • Support the talent acquisition team with other relevant assignments such as organizing assessment activities, build relevant dashboards and performance reports as needed

Requirements

  • BSc degree in Human Resources Management or similar fields
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in similar roles including high interaction with different types of people
  • High commands over MS office applications with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of English language - verbal and written
  • Solid communication skills - training delivery experience is a bug plus
  • Experience in different assessment and selection tools is a big plus
  • Hands-on experience with online onboarding platforms is a plus
  • People passionate and enjoys working with multiple stakeholders
