Job Brief
The Talent Programs and Onboarding Specialist role entails accountabilities over two main areas, which are Employee Onboarding and Talent Programs.
Under onboarding, you are expected to organize and facilitate the new employees' onboarding journey within the different stages, from pre-boarding until confirmation in the role. Typical responsibilities include executing new hires' pre-boarding activities, participating in new joiners orientation sessions, and acting as a reference point for new joiners during their entire onboarding process.
Under Talent Programs, you are expected to help build and maintain strong relationships and connections with organizations and entities concerned with young talents growth and development such as universities, youth foundations, hubs, and communities, and find ways to successfully collaborate with them, and be able to attract young talents into Foodics.
