Product Specialist

• Analyze data and internal user feedback to build solid business cases to present, support and justify feature development. Be the gatekeeper for product and tech features to ensure optimal business impacts.
• Drive feature adoption for the brand and ensure strong collaboration and communication serving as a primary product point of contact for global product organization.
• Optimize feature rollout for high impact features that speeds up time-to-market and time-to-value, by administering and management of products.
• System management and optimization. You will own the administration, documentation, and operational optimization of product back office.
• Help shaping the global product roadmap by working with key business stakeholders to whom business priorities are shared.
• Stakeholder management, educate business stakeholders and drive daily product operations with the teams
• Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement
• Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions
• Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity
• Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards
• Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
