Job Description:

• Design training materials and programs necessary to meet training needs.
• Arrange for the maintenance of all essential equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
• Stay informed about relevant product enhancements/limitations required for effective performance, and circulate requirements and relevant departments.
• Help in executing delivery projects for the new products and provide 1st Line Support.
• Participate in the technical tasks (installation, configuration, and setup) of the application.
• Understand the user/customer requirements and needs.
• Perform technical analysis, and work with the GIS to ensure user needs are correctly specified and effectively implemented.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in CIS, MIS, CS or any related fielde

Has three years’ experience as an IT application support Analyst or equivalent software support area.

Full proficiency in English.

Strong customer service skills

Ready to work under pressure.

Basic understanding of DB and DB technology
