General Summary
Lead the design, development and implementation of all technical elements and provide technical support for the successful specification, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing across Technical Services and ensure compliance with regulatory and Qiddiya standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support in the development of the Technical Services strategy to achieve QDCās strategic objectives.
- Participate in the development and enforce the implementation of Technical Services policies, processes, procedures and controls.
- Assist in the development of Technical Services budget in alignment with the organization budgetary requirements to allow effective delivery of desired objectives.
- Lead the development and oversight of project guidelines catering to Technical Planning, Ride Systems Engineering, Visual amp; Media Technology, Audio Systems Technology,Lighting Systems, Creative Design and Graphics to support artistic vision demonstrating fluency in audio, lighting, video and other technical disciplines.
- Oversee contracting progress of all Technical Services assets in order to ensure alignment with approved design, specifications and schedule and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee relationships with responsible engineers, vendors, contractors, and other relevant third-parties involved with technical systems in order to build successful partnerships to deliver the required assets as per agreed objectives and standards.
- Oversee vendor activities and ensure compliance with relevant standards, design development, construction, shipping, installation and acceptance testing across technical services projects.
- Ensure that performance and approved delivery criteria are being met and safety critical systems and procedures are implemented and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure the execution of regular on-site visits to monitor project progress and equipment quality in coordination with concerned stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentoring as required to technical teams with the day-to-day detailed installation, integration and testing activities in order to achieve strategic objectives.
- Manage the achievement of departmental objectives through effective leadership by setting individual objectives, managing performance and developing the team to maximize performance.
