The team:
You could be part of a dynamic team in a high growth and continuously challenging territory, we are a team of individuals, majority based in Dubai, UAE, and spreads all over the Middle East, Turkey and Africa. You will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and you will work with Dubai office in your day to day pre sales and sales support, to provide our end users the best experience via our strategic partners in your region
You will be given the training, sales support, and coaching to excel by different colleagues, that will work with you to make sure you have at it needs to succeed and Excel in your role.
What your day will look like:
- Grow sales for Genetec within the defined territory: Saudi Arabia
- Develop New end user relationships within the defined territory
- Manage all industry end user relationships within the defined territory
- Identify and grow the channel partners within the defined territory
- Manage amp; Support existing channel partners within the defined territory
- Interface and Report to Management on strategy and progress
- Develop and manage revenue forecasts
- Assist Marketing with targeted initiatives within the defined territory
- Discover and track opportunities, follow up and distribute leads to partners and insure they are captured and updated in the CRM
- Coordinate and facilitate communications with strategic partners, consultants and distributors involved with Genetec Services
- Track and report competitive issues
- Monitor and report satisfaction levels from end users and Channel partners
- Evaluate customer training effectiveness Provide training as necessary
- Acquire, maintain and report adequate knowledge of product, market and competition
- Keeps abreast of the products, applications, technical service, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical services
About you:
- Candidate should be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and should be able to travel frequently to Dubai office
- At least 7 years’ experience in Sales and /or Business Development to the Physical Security
- Industry
- At least 3 years’ recent experience in Sales and /or Business Development in Saudi Arabia
- Preferred experience in technology / solutions sales to end users
- Preferred experience in Manufacturer Sales to Systems Integrators
- Ability to develop new end users relationships
- A good understanding of the physical security business as relating to Aamp;E
- Understanding of one and two tier distribution models
- Excellent presentation skills
- Prepared to travel at a minimum rate of 60% of time
- Candidate should speak English, Arabic language is a plus
- Candidate should have at least 3 years of recent experience of Sales/BDM in Saudi Arabia, working in the filed of physical security, and at least 7 years total experience in Sales/BDM in physical security
