The Role

The Growth Operations Analyst role is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on the success of Foodics in current and expansion markets. You will be a jack of all trades, supporting the operations unit in achieving its growth targets. You will support operational execution, develop a deep, quantitative understanding of market dynamics, building and nurturing relationships with key local stakeholders, and jumping on challenges as they emerge.


What You'll Do

  • Support the growth of Foodics Markets and Products through planning, developing, and executing on growth amp; retention strategies and initiatives in countries we serve.
  • Develop overall acquisition strategy - optimize customer acquisition, both on spend and operations, constantly look for new opportunities, and move fast to execute on them.
  • Data-driven approach - heavy analysis of our acquisition campaigns, funnel, and costs to drive efficient and cost-effective growth in our markets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with our customers and partners to accelerate growth while keeping the highest level of customer satisfaction Identifying, prioritizing, and developing processes that enhance and effectively scale our operations and business, increasing growth and conversion.
  • Build tools that support the teams to identify gaps in operation and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Strengthen selection and reliability - identify customers and partners at risk through core metric analysis and build recommendations on how to prevent and minimize churn.
  • Launch products and services through collaboration with the product and engineering teams starting with ideation and ending up with a fully launched product, supporting our partners to grow with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Understand Foodics products through analyzing their feature utilization, drive initiatives for product enhancements based on customers' behavior and needs.
  • Analyze competition and understand the competitive landscape in all Foodics markets and internationally to drive smart growth initiatives and product enhancements.
  • Use data-driven decision-making tools and controlled testing environments to study and execute, pricing strategies, launch incentives, market penetration incentives, retention strategies, etc.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding for growth operations, growth, or digital marketing capacity, with demonstrated knowledge in managing growth marketing channels, offers, and campaigns
  • Basic Project/product management experience
  • Good knowledge with business amp; product management principles
  • Good analytical skills with data analytics tools
  • Knowledgeable in the use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
  • Ability to thrive in our fast-paced , ever-challenging , and highly collaborative environment
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is a must
  • Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
