Marketplace Business intelligence Manager
Sary, Saudi Arabia

• Develop and prepare strategies for Business Intelligence processes for marketplace.
• Perform analysis on marketplace processes\ metrics and provide appropriate results.
• Prepare architecture for data, prepare strategies and provide business object solutions as per requirements.
• Administer projects, prepare updates and implement all phases for project to achieve all project objectives.
• Maximize growth\ revenue opportunities via detailed customer\market knowledge developed from data insights
• Perform assessment on all reporting requirements and develop long term strategy for various reporting solutions.
• Ensure adoption of consistent process/methodologies/source data (modelling, assumptions, use of external data sources)
• Continuously produce actionable information for, both, marketplace amp; sales in support of Retaining customers , Developing supplier\customers and Acquiring (customers\vendors).
• Manage the inventory planning based on data insights on marketplace and customer behavior.
• Manage and execute plans of replenishment for high selling SKU's and brands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business analysis, marketing insight or consulting.
• Advanced knowledge amp; expertise in SQL, Excel, Tableau, and at least one scripting language (Python or R).
• Solid experience in prioritization, managing workload, planning roadmap, people leadership, management and mentoring.
• Proven problem solving skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment.
• Strong operational business understanding, including potential impact of business decisions on various internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to bridge both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Saudi nationality are preferred (transferable Iqama is a must for non- Saudis)
