About the Role
The Master Data Executive is responsible for managing and controlling the Master Data for the brand, with the aim of ensuring data authenticity, integrity, and harmony to support data quality across all functions in business, Buying, Commercial, Finance, Planning, and others. Liaise with external suppliers to ensure that master data for these suppliers is maintained in the system. Regularly check the system to clean the master data and ensure it is up to date. Responsible for the pricing of ALL products in the system. Ensure that margins have been correctly loaded and manage the markdowns whenever necessary.
Key Specific Accountabilities:
Manage the creation, maintenance, and retirement of centralized master data objects (items, BOMs, vendors, pricing, etc) to support product trials, launches, and product changes, etc.
Support and execute master data creation, updates, and analysis using various systems including, SAP, Master Data validation setup, JDA tool, RPro, etc.
Manage all Article, Supplier master data, Planning Master requests, and set up in line with policy.
Perform root-cause analysis on master data integration problems. Recommend and execute corrective action
Configure and maintain standard and custom tables in MDM Tool and ERP systems as captured in procedures and policies
Cooperate and following up with internal stakeholders to achieve data quality (completeness, consistency, accuracy, integrity) in the Master Data tools,
Update existing and/or create new process manuals/user guides and instructions for procedures and processes as directed,
Take part in continuous improvement projects, support requests from other function to assess improvement feasibility

About You
To be successfully considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Degree required OR three years or more of Master Data management Role
Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent in work experience
Experience with SAP
Problem Solving & Analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience in a similar MDM or systems role.
SAP ERP experience, RPro desired.
