Job Brief
Foodics Capital is a micro-lending arm that offers Shariah-compliant loans to small Famp;B businesses, with the aim to revolutionize SME lending, through offering faster and more flexible lending options than most of such in the region.
We are looking for a commercial-savvy experienced professional to provide effective leadership and management of Foodics Capital microlending program, and guarantee its efficient operation and long-term sustainability. You will play an important role in capacity building, product enhancement, risk management and lending decisions for qualified clients, overseeing all microlending related strategies, staff and operations.
You will be accountable for identifying and validating lending project, planning, forecasting, allocating, reallocating, coordinating, controlling, monitoring and reporting capex execution, identifying any deviation and taking corrective action, which in turn, shall increase product profitability and/or save cost based on insights from KPI’s and benchmarking exercises.
