We are looking for an experienced PR amp; Communications Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Become an influencer in marketing, press releases, planning and executing events in collaboration with 3rd parties
  • Development of communication programs to promote Foodics’ products amp; services.
  • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics
  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media
  • Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
  • Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as local government, media people, business founders, etc.
  • Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it follows the company brand
  • Check and manage content produced for website and social media channels
  • Design and review the online content in media announcements and media kits
  • Generate awareness within existing and new customers through a wide range of channels including social, events, CRM, PR
  • Analyze all marketing activity, drive efficiencies, and optimize campaigns
  • Maintain regular interface within the organization and with external suppliers and agencies.
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests
  • Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
  • Update, monitor, analyze and communicate PR results to the management
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
  • Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
  • Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication ready
  • Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or relevant field.
  • Minimum of six (6) years work experience in leading on public relations activities including building reputation management strategies, planning tactics, and coming up with creative initiatives to engage and influence the community.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets relating to the generation of leads, product, and brand awareness
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal communications and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage media, executives, and peers.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, has the ability to effectively interpret and process a variety of instructions and requests whether verbal or written
  • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills both in English and Arabic
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
