Job description :

Key Account Specialist to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. Key Account Specialist’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned client, and develop new business from existing clients. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Key Account Specialist also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing clients. Ideally, will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas. Ultimately, a successful Key Account Specialist should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run. Within the Organizational policies and procedures.


Responsibilities :

Sales management:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Governance and Resilience:

  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement
  • Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.

Daily Operations:

  • Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity
  • Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards
  • Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
