- Facilitate and manage the preparation and review company tax returns and the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms.
- Ensure accurate, timely filing of consolidated local income tax returns and other business-related filings.
- Responsible for legally minimizing tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations.
- Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures.
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.
- Plan for and develop the overall return calendar and coordinate timing and inputs with the tax team.
- Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.
- Provide support with various internal audits and special tax related projects.
- Review tax returns and quarterly/yearly tax projections.
- Manage external tax authorities and consultants locally and regionally
- Review current and deferred tax provision
- Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters to the Group
- Lead and coordinate ad-hoc tax-driven business initiatives locally or regionally
- Planning and organizing payments, related to statutory and compliance payment.
- Tacking the payment like Good amp; Service Tax (GST), amp; Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) or any other relevant taxes in the country.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement

Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
