About this Internship Programme:

About the Role:

The Growth Analyst Internship is open to students and fresh graduates from all academic disciplines who are interested to jump-start their career within a unique role that has a direct impact on the success of Foodics in current and expansion markets. You will be a jack of all trades, supporting the operations unit achieving its growth targets, participating in operational execution, developing a deep, quantitative understanding of market dynamics, building and nurturing relationships with key local stakeholders and jumping on challenges as they emerge!

What You'll Learn and Do

• Support the growth team in growing Foodics Markets and Products through planning, developing, and executing on growth amp; retention strategies and initiatives in countries we serve.
• Learn how to read data and conduct heavy analysis of Foodics campaigns, products, competition to drive the right business decisions
• Understand and practice technique to build and nurture relationships with our customers and partners to accelerate growth, while keeping the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Participate in building tools that support the teams to identify gaps in operation and identify opportunities for enhancement
• Participate in launching products and services through collaboration with the product and engineering teams
• In a nutshell, you will have the opportunity to experience - hands on - how smart agile organizations work, collaborate together to succeed and grow in an ever-changing business environment!

As an Intern, you will:

• Receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skill set
• You will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure that you have a valuable learning experience, at the same regularly get your performance evaluated to make sure you are on the right track
• Become familiar with the SaaS and Fintech industries with all its interesting dynamics.
• You will Learn a lot, but at the same time we expect you to bring true value! We need our interns to learn quickly, start contributing to the team promptly, take ownership of assigned tasks and make it happen.
